Just a quick pic of something almost finished.
Years back I was planning a Judge Dredd game, but the Mongoose mini range was shockingly bad, but I still collected stuff that I could use, including the very useful Plasticville train scenery. Stuff moved on, but knowing how hard it was to get the Plasticville stuff, kept all of that just in case… And along comes the Warlord Games range. So a bit of paint and a custom sign…
This is the Frosty Bar (sitting on the roof of the bank), the design kind of dictated the colour scheme and both lent themselves to being inspired by Hondo City in Dredd’s world.
I’m not normally one for blood splatter or mud (Angel’s demon had a dry brush around the base of his cloak and that’s about it), but the bulk and weight of the daVinci tank did call for it...
As he won’t be as visible as I thought once the lid is on...
As there appears to be a decent amount of space in the cupola, I’ve started a second crewman to peer out on one side, just waiting for greenstuff to cure. I’ll see if it looks too crowded before committing though...
